Adult Site Broker - SEO and Blogs

The Brief

Adult Site Broker briefed me to help their Google ranking and drive traffic to their website through monthly blogs.

The Problem

Due to the adult nature of the business, Adult Site Broker has focused on creating organic traffic to its website rather than using paid ads and sponsored posts. Although they have a good SEO ranking and appear first in Google searches, their previous blog topics weren't converting traffic to sales because they were irrelevant to their targeted audience.

Previously, the content had been focused on general but popular topics related to porn and the adult entertainment industry. Although it was helping to drive organic traffic and raise the SEO ranking of Adult Site Broker, the analytics showed that the blogs needed to be in front of the correct target audience.

The Solution

Firstly, using keyword research and looking at what competitors and similar markets discuss regarding owning and selling businesses and websites, I have created ten monthly articles on relevant topics that appeal to Adult Site Brokers' target audience.

As well as this, using the keywords and terms that Adult Site Broker wants to be searched for, I have created a series of 13 landing pages that talk about each topic and promote Adult Site Brokers services, including ‘buying adult websites,’ ‘how to buy a porn site’ and ‘why work with an adult website broker.’

The Results

Using new landing pages with keywords and SEO blogs, we have been steadily improving Adult Site Brokers' SEO ranking, especially for their ranking on Google for the search term ‘Adult Website Brokers.’

With our new focus on producing blogs that blend news about the adult industry with topics that focus on the needs of potential buyers and sellers, we are all driving our traffic up within our targeted audience.
